1. could i be aviable to make a server, are you gonna give any support?

2. what version of the game i'll need to make a server?

3. what version i need like a client?

4. do you fix or change the value of the game to support more than 16 maps on the map list?

5. do you change the value to support 18 players and make the game just for 16 players per server?

6. could i change make a custom rule server(lock some weapoms, reduce the healt value and others things)??

No. It will always be 18 unless server owners change it

Yes. Thats called modding.

1- support will be given here.

2 and 3- Steam version. Any extra files needed will come with the server/client updaters.

4- I'm not even aware of that, but I suppose you can add more.

5- you can do that already through the server's cfg (or shortcut parameter).

6- that can be done already through the .dsr files.

the last question on my last server on MW3 Tekno (cause i have it too) my server was with a little change on the XP i had it with 2k XP per kill so, can i be allowed to change that value?? cause all my servers on MW3 was with this XP config 2k per kill...

Probably not, stathacking is prohibited, as well as high XP. XP is x4 by default though.

mmm oki but i will be great if i can kip this config on the XP cause X4(4000) per kill is to much i prefer 2k or minimun 1k per kill

I'm 100% sure that MW3 has an official game creation thing...

You can disable things and what not.

AFAIK if you make level booster servers you will be banned.
