Hey 4d1 community,

 

as you might know, alterrev released an updated version of m2-client, with working friends support.

I want you to ask, why 4d1 and alterrev don't work together... I mean alterrev has friends support 4d1 has (a user said) a working anti-cheat, so why don't you share your work, better work fully together as one community. Wouldn't be this much easier for the developers and much more effective?

 

There must be some problems. I don't really understand why there isn't a good teamwork, help me

Just leave it be, we are never going to work along side alterrev. Simple as that.

No. It wouldn't be effective.

 

4D1 and aRev users effectively hate each other, and on top of that, aRev 'developers' can't can't really do anything by themself's, they basically steal everything. So no point in doing that.

 

Most of aRev's 'work' was stealing our original work.

AlterRev's friend support is based on OUR source code, and we've got a better friends system (a whole social network you may call it) called TNet, which will be released with the upcoming release of IW5M, which is expected this Saturday.

 

We don't work with AlterRev because firstly they stole our source-code, and secondly, they have power-hungry admins which prevent any collaboration, as NTA has said around the forums.
