Let me clear this up: The video was made by Slash (the poster above me), he's showing the usage of modified weapon files.

Unlike map-only weapons such as m40a3 or dragunov, this feature can be included for all maps, as the COD4 AK-47 model and the right animations from COD4 are still in the game's common multiplayer fastfiles. The problem is, you would have to replace the already existing AK-47 with this one, and I'm not sure if everyone would like this feature. So in short, it wont be implemented until our developers find a way to create custom weapons.
