Cant connet to any servers..

So i have all the files needed to run the game. i even updated everything (IW5M r17). got the game from steam dedicated server files. everytime i run the game i cant connect to any serves even my own. it would just say connecting.. then "Server connecting timed out" or " unable to connect to host " my NAT is open and firewall is not blocking the connecting.
