go into console and type the following:

r_fog 0 (Remove Fog)

fx_enable 0 (Remove Effects, Wind in Dome etc)

r_filmUseTweaks 1 (Removes Some Detail, Also better Color in Maps)

r_drawSun 0 (Remove Sun)

r_drawWater 0 (Remove Water; Helpful in Maps like Getaway)

r_glow 0 (Remove Glow)

    Much of these can be classified as texture hacks. Remove fog for example.

     

    Also, i doubt anyone needs more FPS, even my granny's laptop can run this game since it still has graphic equivalence of a 2007 game....
