Hi, i have a little Question:

 

Is there any way of deleting or disabling this annoying unlock-sound? in the last few matches i died several times just because of this sound i played SnD and didn't hear anything from my environment! No footsteps and not even enemy guns!

 

So please, if you want the people not to use levelhacks, tell us how to shut down this annoying sound >.<

 

in MW2 i've always been using levelhack so i didn't know that this sound was so annoying! especially if i unlock 2 or 3 things at the same time, this F*CKING sound will play 3 F*CKIN times!!!

 

I can't really enjoy playing with this sh*t...

    Find the sound for it in the .iwd, get the CRC32, replace a sound with something you want or find a blank sound, convert it to same file format, fix the CRC32, and put the file back into the .iwd?

    No, if you get the CRC correct and formats correct then you won't.

    You might be able to rename the "miles" folder (located in your MW3 folder) to "dismiles", it turns the music off, might work for the unlock sound too.

    Nope, the sound is still there.

    Have you tried what DUKIP said ? It's like the last thing you can do, or you could just live with it.
