i remember on the old alteriw mw3 there was and was just wondering if they can or will do it.

i suppose this is a dumb question because AIw was shut down because they ran their own servers and whatnot but im just curious

Can NTA do it ? Yes.

Will he do it ? No. We don't want a C&D from Activision again, complaining we are emulating their services. Also why would you want matchmaking ? It sucks and dedicated servers offer the same thing, just better.
