So do i need to redownload mw3 again just to get the files or am i supposed to go somewhere and get them, plz help.

Try redownloading the files again, now from a diffrent torrent, OR if you by any chance bought the game on Steam do a verify of it.

Why torrent? Use the MW3 Dedicated Server download.

He can't check/selectively download the server files. He will have to download 13GB your way, while he can just check the "main" on a torrent and be done with downloading 6 GB

So it works now ?

That's not an IWD error. That's a fastfile error.

Is your game in english? If not, it might be the issue.

If it's english, maybe you checked the game on steam, overwritting IW5M's code_pre_gfx_mp.ff

Delete caches.xml and start LaunchIW5M.exe again.
