After i clicked LaunchIw5m ,nothing happened.I've created an ini and I have installed .NET Framework 3.0, 4.0, and 4.0 extended.I'm using XP.

You said that you installed .net framework 3.0... what about 3.5 ?

Also, did you install VC++ 2010 ?

Nope it's not that. Leave that alone. Take a picture of your game folder please.

Just redownload it from Steam again, pretty sure that'll fix most problems you have
