Everytime i go to viewtopic.php?f=30&t=9700 to download the terminal files it gives me this error "You are not authorised to read this forum."

That's a problem with the updater not the terminal files. Try deleting caches.xml and try again.

I also have encountered this situation.

The problem is with the server, wait a while (like, two hours) and try again.

what do you mean by the cache.xls files.. you mean the DBNetwork.Indigo.dll and the DBNetwork.Indigo.ini

It has .xml at the end. Not .ini or .dll. Also NTA said it has to do with something else, wait for it to be fixed.

Yes you can try moving your whole folder to let's say desktop, and then un-check read only(or check it) and try starting LaunchIW5M.exe as an admin.
