Hi i was playing TDM on iw4m in terminal and a guy with literally no name has a massive aimbot and shit like that like his name is literally like "" in those quotations is what his name is like "yourname" would be what it would show but instead its nothing like "" just wondering if it possible to get his actual name on the console or not so i can then votekick him from the game or get him banned? thanks again

 

 

Hm, the /status command should show all connected players afaik.

1. Open console "~" key next to the 1

2. Type in /rcon login "rcon password"

3. Type in /status

4. There you see a list of name's and it's clientid number besides it.

5. /rcon clientkick "clientid"

im confused i typed all that in and i dont see any player list of names o.O

what about something like a cheat report tool like the old AlterIW had where all you had to do is open the console_mp.log file and there a list of names showed up on that server where you could then click on there name and report them?

That still works, you just have to move games_mp.log also keep in mind we don't accept cheat reports, and did you think his name is a simple space ?

well it could be but how ever like using special characters from the charactermap on your system you can make your name as nothing as well, and well you should have a cheat report tool, otherwise how else are we supposed to report the cheaters out there? i know you guys don't like seeing topics about someone cheating alot, but if there was a cheat report tool then there would be less of those posts,

i already know that, but if theres another douchebag on a server thats aimboting and has noname how the hell do votekick him?

NoName isn't possible in IW4M without a custom .dll afaik. I'd put money on him using aRev.
