This problem isn't 100% related to IW4MP. But I didn't know where else to post it. So here's the problem.

I've never seen that error before.. maybe you're missing mss32.dll ?

Try to get that dll from a friend or just reinstall the game.

Few possibilities

a)rename miles folder to dismiles for example

b)what about following what the text says, and put the mss32.dll into the application directory?

c)reinstall.
