Thanks to the ones who found this! it really helps, now I can join all servers without waiting.

It took me a while to find one of those clock links but now is great.

 

For the ones who still have this problem, here is what I did:

 

-Double click Windows clock

-Click Internet Time tab

-Add this link: nist1-ny.ustiming.org

-Press Update now,Apply, OK.

 

That's it

It did the same thing for me. I think I fixed it by changing my Time Zone.

Previously i couldn't join ANY game but now i applied this fix and it worked. BTW i am running Windows 7 . Thanks man.

I wouldn't have gone trough all the trouble if it worked with the default Windows time zone. Tried to update more than 2 times
