Guys who are having problem connecting server when it shows " connection timed out " .

here is a fix , its silly but it worked for me...

1) go to the time and date setting on the right bottom of your screen.

2) select internet time and update it .

3) now run the game , if it works THANK me or if not sorry mate you have to wait for the fix.

I can confirm that problem is related with some routers.

Today I got here a computer of a guy that was experiencing that same problem. He got into a server, was playing like for some 10 seconds, and then everything just freeze and he was losing connection to the server.

As soon as I connected his computer to my router, the game started working flawlessly.

The cause of a disconnect after already being on a server has already been found. It's related with the client's game port (3074 UDP) being blocked (usually on the router).

Forwarding that port fixes that issue.

Now I'm gonna lock this topic to prevent these bump&derail
