Cfg bind for change smoke/flash granade

Hi, i want to know if exist a cfg bind for change smoke/flash granade on game.

I remember that on alteriwnet and it worked

 

PS: that bind for cod4 bind LEFTARROW "openscriptmenu -1 loadout_grenade:flash_grenade"

bind RIGHTARROW "openscriptmenu -1 loadout_grenade:smoke_grenade" doesn't work for 4d1

 

Can someone help me?
