Is a MW2 HD Terrain retexture possible?

The thread is the title, I assumed since you can retexture weapons maybe terrain? If so how would a go upon doing so, is it as easy as making a weapon retexture?

Yes. I just said that nofate created full HD loadscreens while the game's stock ones are 1280x720.

loadscreens != game textures

....loadscreens....even with a amd radeon hd 6470m with full hd screen you could do it....but like in cod 4, textures could being higher example:

 

r_aaSamples 16 or *******Samples16 and put something like this but its 1 to 31
