That issue was fixed in Revision 22 already,

 

Redownload these files http://fourdeltaone.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2040 and place them in your folder.

Note that your config file may reset once, but after you restart it again it will start normally.

Removed the .dll as it didn't fix it either.

Are you getting confused with player stats and config, since R38 causes a config reset once.

 

Just delete everything in your player folder, and replace all files with Revision 22.

Well the r38 is somewhat saving its saving my ranks etc like 50% of the time for me. Not sure why I'm having soo much trouble.
