Problem "Fatal Error" with launcher

Hi everybody!

Yesterday I played MW2 with 4d1 without problem, but today, I get this error :

I reinstalled 4d1 two times to be sure, and no change, I always get this error.

 

Any Idea?

PS : Sorry if my english is bad, I'm French (posting here 'caus there is probably more help here)
