How to block "Choose Team"in the gameplay?

hello

I ve built some iw5m dedi servers and work fine . but sometimes пјЊ when the Score have relatively large difference , some People who is in low score will use "choose team" in the game menu , move to the high score team .

 

well , 2V9 3V8 ,this is much unfair . Although server has "auto balance team".

 

i need to know how to block "choose team" and I can not do it . Plz help :?
