Weird issue here...Was just playing some dropzone isnipe and then connected to overwatch (dlc crashes as usual, still trying to find a NON GERMAN installation tut...) but now the game won't launch at all :twisted: I hope I dont have to reinstall the entire game again. Any ideas people?

Where to put the DLC files. Sorry for my supposedly bad english. I'm fluent but I just type too fast sometimes. I would like to get my game back up and running first though.

I have the same problem. The game launches but gets frozen on the main menu.

Mmh yeah, but DLCs are quite important since a lot of servers use them.

So, if you are running on Vista/Seven, make you sure to :

- Have an IW5M.ini in your gamefolder with the first line with your username, and a second line with your password (I guess you already have this .ini)

- To launch the launcher as an admin.

This is basic stuff, but we have to make us sure about this.

Also, to install DLCs, you have to put :

- .ff files in MW3/Zone/dlc (if you don't have a dlc folder, make one)

- .iwd in MW3/Main

This is not weird, you MUST run as an admin to make the launcher working

And no problems for DLCs. Since your problem as been resolved, may an nice admin lock this thread and give me a cookie ? 8-)
