here it is the dowload link , the reason I uploaded because I hope someone can continue this works . -Link removed till Virus total link is added- so if you want to see the difference ,you need a good video card (GTX 460 or higer, change it to the max quality in Nvida control panel) because FPS may go down sharply.

sorry for my old video card. but I used it to play MW2 for 2 years . I can tell you it is 100% difference in MP game. I mean the TEXTURE . what I want to say in this thread is , if someone is interested in doing this (HD texture for 4D1 MP), that will be great .
