Is it still possible to play 4D1 with a dynamic IP..is there any solution left?

I have no knowledge of all that u just stated except for the run as admin i do need a tutorial

I launch through steam Im just saying for NOW. If hes 1337 he will know how to do the renaming crap and stuff, but thats not his problem atm... Hello i have heeded your advice and reinstalled 4D1 and made sure that it isn't being blocked from the internet and i still get the same message from before P.S steam wasn't running

I have called my ISP and they say it cannot be changed to static blah blah blah i hope 4d1 can allow dynamic IP addy so i can play :cry:

Even after the official release of 4D1 i still get the Steam Must be running Error message..i don't get it i own the legitimate copy of the game and i have steam running on it..totally frustrated by this BS

I am absolutely sure i have followed all the installation/copy steps which have not given me any problems before..It just started happening just a day ago where the client can't detect steam for some reason..i tried researching this and have no idea whatsoever the cause of this so here i am just asking for any advice/answer i can get my hands on

Ok so i just updated to the newest revision82 on the legit mw2 which ended up like the same picture from before :!: Is this because of the new steam update?

MP rip files, anyone? Speaking of Mp files i can't seem to dl the online_mp. which i believe is the cause of fetching playlists & updating ranks

Hi there 4D1 community i have now stumbled across another error message when running 4D1! Steam's Trolling me :shock:

I have this problem too there's nothing much we can do but wait for it to be fixed

config file in your players directory and online_mp.img are two different files, stop removing game files or it will cause even more trouble. Error with online_mp.img fetching is known server-issue and devs are working on it, its probably the same issue why are stats not working for some people Oops!advice taken..man Im stumped..do you still keep the aIW version of mw2? I think it's because i deleted that which now has problems dling my rank & records..well that's my dumb theory

I think i have traced the source of the problem which is in my mw2 folder /players i get this config_m2 which i tried deleting and whenever i restart iw4m it reappears..the question is there a reason why it can't dl it properly does anyone know why? i keep deleting the config_m2 repeatedly hoping that it will be able to dl it whole but it seems tragic..if anyone is wondering how this upsets me from playing mw2 here's the link http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/7656 ... 2743189691
