I believe it says 00/0 for everyone, you just have to stay in the finding game stage for about 5 minutes, then it will finally find a game. After that, the matchmaking will work fine like it's suppossed to, it's just that for the first game you'll have to wait a bit. Hope this helps. Or play a private match with your steam friends in that 5 minutes. I usually use this options and it works for me.

I've got the same problem with the legit MW2. Maybe there's one option to solve that. Start the game and first of all run a "private match" on any maps or game modes. (you'll be alone in this match) Wait for the match time overs and after that start the normal "Find games"' -> FFA/TDM/ect.. It's possible that the game will be searching for a lobby and you can join for that. It's work for me 100 %...
