Why would I upload 200 MB file, and you would download 200 MB file, instead of just putting iwi, which takes less than 20 seconds? Also sorry for title I remember I wrote Custom Camo but ... :? :oops:

Hey there, buddies! I present you my first custom camo which is yet to have a name for the time being. It is a cool black camo with somewhat-dark blue stars on it. (Actually, most of the stars be half and quarter-stars because of edges of weapons ) It has 2 versions one being named " - More" and the another " - Less". Having more or less stars on it respectfully. I think less stars are better for weapons with moar edges on it (intervention, maybe ? 8-) ), and moar stars are better for moar flat weapons like ACR or some parts of Vector. You can have both at the same time. Installation : There are 2 files named more and less as I stated before. they have name weapon_camo_xxxx, change xxxx to a camo name you want it to be overwritten. Camo Names : woodland red_urban red_tiger orange_fall digital desert blue_tiger arctic An example name would look like this : weapon_camo_woodland.iwi You can have More and Less on different camos, example, More would overwrite woodland, where less overwrites desert. Then, open your Modern Warfare 2 folder. Lead into main/ folder. Open iw_07.iwd file with WinRAR or any archiver program you use. TAKE BACKUPS OF ORIGINAL CAMO FILES BEFORE DOING THIS STEP!!!!11111oneoneone11!!!!1!!1!1! Drag&drop the camo file there, overwrite if asked so. DONE 8-) I do not own any copyright and I did not draw the starry image. Copyright for the image goes to the one who did a steam skin named Stars, I dont remember his name. :oops: Download : Click. Troubleshooting : 1) IT DOESNT WORK OMG YOU BROKE MY GAME WTF DONT DOWNLOAD VIRUS TROJAN F**KS GAME !!!!111111 ------Put your backup (you didnt back up, did you?) back into iw_07.iwd and get out of this topic, NOW. 2) It makes my game crash/freeze/black screen, what shoud I do? ------Thanks for your feedback. Double check if you copied the right file with right name. If you have black screen/ hear an error sound, alt+tab or alt+enter and see the error message, and write it here. If your game freezes, wait 1 minute, if no hope, try overwriting woodland, not other camos. If still no hopez, message me, and use your backup while I try to solve the problem. See ya, buddies ! UPDATE: LOLOLOLOLOLO , I tried to connect to a random ip, I got to screen where you have matchmaking background, connection attempt number and so, and pressed cancel there. Boom! im in main menu. But will i have to do this everytime i open the game? Edit: Nope. It just opens flawlessly. Thanks for the help. I got a nice workaround here LOL

The error is just as specified, no file name, but '.ff' Update: LOL DAFUQ? I can get something 'drawn' ingame. I mean, blackscreen is not because it does not practically 'draw' anything, but something else. How I got to make it 'draw' something is, map mp_favela through console It didnt open the map but it created an error popup ingame with lost connection to host text and ok button Does it even matter anything?

I am sorry you are disappointed. Perhaps a screenshot of the error you are receiving now? When normally starting, no error, background music being heard with black screen. If i try alt+enter or vid_restart, ERROR: Could not find zone '.ff'

I didnt reinstall my system, i dont reinstall practically anything, I prefer fixing, that was the message. I dont want to reinstall mw2, either. ok now? Sigh.

Nobody haz a better idea? ._. I hate reinstalling. I didnt reinstall my windows since my first windows setup. I prefer to fix, not to throw away.

1. Redownload Skidrow torrent 2. Dont copy over the cracked files 3. Install 4D1 client using the big yellow DL button. 4. Profit. I'm using steam version (ignore if there is a file from skidrow, i tried to copy skidrow version over steam to profit from less downloading, it failed.) Why I would make a reinstall, that is just ignoring the problem, not solving it. Why a game fully working would do this kind of shit? I mean, I've started playing on the first week of 4d1 without any problems so far. BTW, normal game (iw4mp) doesnt open since 1 month(?), it just freezes with black screen, no music nothing no shit. however, 4d1 used to work properly when iw4mp didnt. More details; my config file is read-only. Im starting game from Launchiw4m in the game folder, not one in local appdata. (why that is in appdata, anyway ._. ) There are files from theatre menu mod but it doesnt work, and ive seen some text about menu files in console. (theatre files are present for like a millenia, and no problems earlier. ._. ) Ive installed DLC maps from AIW DLC torrent. That seems pretty much it. If i see anything else worth sharing, I will.
