If this is true, this is almost a new fucking low. I HATE this always online crap, it simply isn't good practice. No one wants it, but they keep throwing it out there.

Hands down one of the most ridiculous statements i've heard someone say online, where do people come up with this stuff??

I was a fairly heavy Beer drinker with bits of Liquor but those roles have reversed now. I tend to get a couple of large bottles of a Bourbon I havent tried yet and drink those over several weeks. Wild Turkey tends to be a good bet, problems solved. (By 'Problems' I naturally mean all of the daily crap that always seems to pile up)

It's not the same type of free roam as AC is, previous titles were mostly split into separate levels but you could take all sorts of different routes and tactics to get to the end. Given the name of the series, basically every mission had you stealing some sort of specific item but the way in which you went about that was up to you. Dishonoured has already been mentioned and rightly so, it played much like the old Thief games and was a nice throwback to that era. Heres hoping they can pull it off now, if ever theres an IP NOT to mess up it's this one.

Agreed, one of the first games I ever remember really enjoying was the gold edition of Thief 1. It was also insanely hard to play at that age, but nothing has come close to beating the atmosphere they provided.

Am really hoping this game will be good but theres some definite concerns with the always online play and some...dull looking animations for one of the disasters. Hoping it turns out alright in the end.

Well, game being mostly naval is fresh... even though it was introduced in AC3, it was still rarely used. I think i'm definitely starting to come around to the idea after some more bits of preview information. I like the sound of being able to seamlessly board a ship, sail about etc and then jump back onto land when ready. If it's handled in much the same way as travelling with a horse is already, then that could be good fun

I gotta say I am actually looking forward to this, despite not thinking much of AC3 by the end of it. Will just have to wait and see if the gameplay actually changes enough to make it seem fresh.

Desktop died about a year ago sadly :/ Out of necessity i've been on my 17" Macbook Pro with Bootcamp for games. Still runs really well considering, only game to give it a real run for it's money recently was The Witcher 2. Still, constantly worrying about over heating makes it a lot more hassle than its worth sometimes.

Rush are good man, though I can't say I still listen to them much these days. Still really into blues / rock bands though, been listening to Stevie Ray Vaughan for years now.

This. I never had. I just use my debit card/Paypal Also same as this, though I do find that PayPal makes it even easier to make reckless purchases.
