i know a bit of the source and .gsc and stuff so tell me... do i need to put the source of the other mods in the source of the mod i want it in and do i need to put the other files within it??

Yes, as long as the files don't conflict. If they do, you should convert them to brand new scripts, as seen here. how to combine them?
