aIW is closed. The game. It does not work anymore.

aIW (free version) will be shut down soon. There will be created a new version of it, the IW4M that will be based on aIW2 and this game will only WORK if you own the STEAM version of the game. You have to buy the game if you wanna play on it, it's the same as TeknoGods Mod.

So, since you are making maps for MP by taking them from Spec Ops, will you be able to create maps by yourself? A nice one would be one themed school. Broken walls, windows, you can get on roof, basically a conquered kind of School. Or could you try and take either CoD4 maps or maybe even MW3 maps?

Actually, IW4M is based off aIW2 and I really liked aIW2 so I don't really see anything that needs to be added except : A client like Steam / Xfire that will enable you to contact, call and join your friends unless you guys decide to use steam.

It doesn't cause financial harm to Activision, it is just a MOD, people will still have to buy the game and therefore Activision gets the money, that's all they care for.

I do but I am banned from Steam (very very long time ago) and regardless of that fact NTA said I'd be able to play IW4M

Another question, will Pripyat, Village and the other new maps be ready when this is released?

I'm banned from the Steam version but will I be able to play IW4M? My cousin was banned from MW3 (unknown reason) but he's still able to play TeknoMW3.
