As much as I like hating on the COD series for bullshit DLC, I really do think adding dedicated small-team maps is really cool. That said, how many months do pc player have to wait this time?

Premium is clearly a money-grab, but if you're like me and you're getting all the DLCs anyways you may as well pick it up. The camos are pretty ugly, videos are useless, and the knife looks like a crayola boxcutter. That might count as a pro though.

I think the strongest argument for consoles is guaranteed hardware. It's why PC gets shitty low-end ports now, because we can't guarantee that we'll have enough hardware to run anything. As a game dev, you have to compensate for the lowest common denominator, and in this case it's hardware. Someone with some shitty office prebuilt is going to want to play your game, so you can't push it past that point. Consoles, contrarily, have exact specs that you can push to the limit, knowing how far they can go and knowing that no matter what you'll always be able to run it. Windows vs mac? Windows just holds a larger market share, and has the framework in place. Advantageously, pc gaming is a nice platform for low-end indie games, for both audience and ease of distribution. XBLA and PSN are giving them a run for their money though. I unno, My two cents.

Well I didn't wanna make a thread just for one song, I figured I could sneak it in here. I'm not much of a dubstep purist, so I listen to pretty much everything. Also dear google chrome Dubstep is a word stop auto-correcting it.

Can I inquire as to why? Limitation of the engine, or just hardcoded? I was hoping that I could edit maps for this, because rather enjoy this gameplay as opposed to Hammer and Css/Tf2/etc.

Yknow what? I'm perfectly fine with 4D1. It's solved all of my gripes about MW2 so far, and although no cod4, It's good enough for me. Haven't run into danger close oma lobbies yet, and not to mention nobody abuses host because they can't. And if I get bored I can go play zombies or some obscure mode. TLDR 4D1 ftw.
