Install the 4D1 client into a fresh MW2 folder, that will most likely fix it.

Go into your Modern Warfare 2 folder and open the players folder and look for config_m2.cfg and delete it, if they still don't show up then you probably have to reinstall the game.

Increasing numbers tends to be a rewarding experience for most people.

If they allow you to disable the metro UI start screen and they re-enable the start menu, then ill use it, otherwise I'm sticking with Windows 7.
