If you can't see it, then you router doesn't allow the return of your own server's query. Don't worry. The important thing is that other people see it so that they can join it.

If you can enter but others can't, seems quite logical that the outside connections get blocked.

Some consumer routers (provided by ISPs) don't even allow ports to be open. So, the fact that you forwarded the ports on the router doesn't mean that it will ever work.

As long as you can connect but other people can't, you can be sure that your problem is about traffic being blocked.

i mean that like a year ago i opened on IW4 without any problem.

now i'm trying to open on IW5 and i can't....

Actually, a friend of mine had the same problem, forgot how he solved that (might have something to do with his IP being changed and needed another port forward)
