Same reason people love using the ACR + MP7(?) is because they have little to no recoil and allows them to use a different proff aside from kick. I hope your going to ban people using them as well if you plan on banning people using a MG with kick.

Adding damage to non-shotgun weapon will cause proficiency removal

Same for adding multiple attachments for secondaries.

 

Also, if you turn recoil off somehow by hexediting you will be immediately banned by aCI.

The AUG in mw3 seems to be a placeholder for m60_jugg from alpha version - probably some leftover, yet it is just juggernaut's m60 sharing same stats.
