Help me .... iw5m on hostel proxy

every time i open mw3 it gives me this error http://i.imgur.com/mkJWk.png

i already read this topic viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5735&p=36615

 

but since no solution was given so i was wondering if thr is any way to play on a proxy because proxy is the only way i can connect to the internet .....
