Is a Matchmaking/Party feature going to be implemented in the future? I would love to create a clan and for us play together :]

They can't, as it is a Activision service, and we can't emulate anything they own. Sorry.

Matchmaking was removed as a way to get around Activisions claims that it was illegal to emulate their iwnet server. If you want to have a way to play with your clan then run a dedicated server.

Old style matchmaking? Not sure, but there's this quickplay around. I am not interested in anything besides dedis so won't know how it works and stuff.

Private Match does not require any masterserver and can be used for OFFLINE playing as well, so one of you guys need to create server via private match and others will be able to join via "connect ip" console command

 

 

quickplay is an idea (known from TF2), where you can select gamemode and the game will connect you to best available dedicated server with that gamemode running.
