can somebody please tell me why there is so much to wait when connecting to a server, mw2 connects right away with 0 second waiting time, i found it pretty annoying to wait to connect until it says the server is full

low ping server only, also i have a good pc and a very good internet connection, i encountered this huge waiting time on teknofags too

Anyway, I don't have a clue then.. Try to update your windows time .. IDK if it'll work .. ._.

You call 280 low ping? :shock: Also cry much? QQ. God forbid you have to wait a whole 10 seconds to connect to a server. Come back when you have a real problem.

 

PS. There is a little tab at the top right of the server browser that says Ping. Try clicking on that to see magic happen.

280ms is not what I'd consider "low ping."

I understand that not everyone has a server (or a bunch) close enough to be under 100ms, but 280ms just ain't even right.

280ms is NOT low, yeah, I do understand that for some people, 200ms COULD be enough for them.

Exactly ^ I was waiting for him to click one of the 90- ping ones but nope his idea of low ping is 280 ._.

i wasn't even looking at the ping, which i usualy do but since i'm from 6 in the morning i guess i'm tired, i came with a problem which for me exist on every server i enter, i didn't came with a question like what's the clock or how's the weather in antarctica, i just posted a problem in hope that i will get a fix for that but its not ok to take me like i'm a moron, i made a comparation between the instant connect to a server from MW2 and MW3 late connect and i was asking why is that. i was just normal in asking this

It's the same on Steam version, ask IW
