I have an exact copy of my work pc's running on my main pc through virtual machines. I do keep working on while I am not at "the office" though I am required to be there mostly. Some of my tasks can be handled remotely, some can't. Depends if I am on call for the firesquad also and if I have school where I work. That is why I keep all my workspots virtual, up to date and running wherever I am. I manage it at home though.
