@OP: I don't know if China blocks the traffic or not, but you can always try to disable your anti-virus and your router's firewalls and try again, like aabir suggested you.

Are you having more than ~65535 open TCP connections? If not, try uninstalling any software firewall and possibly perform a 'netsh winsock reset'.

Not sure if I understood you correctly, but you both should have r105. Try reinstalling IW4M.
