Have you tried another account? To know if it's because of you, or the client.

Are you on Windows XP? Or have you changed your name recently?

Add an exeption to your firewall to your firewall and maybe disable your Antivirus. And please open a new topic for every new error/question/etc.

I just saw that the error message comes from "Windows Security" so it's just an administrator problem... sorry for that
