I have several CoD4 servers, which are run from one single installation, using commands fs_homepath and fs_basepath. I'm wondering whether it is still working in IW4M. If not, is there any other way to achieve this?

Yes, multiple shortcuts to iw4m.exe with -dedicated (-console) will work.

Just use a different config and port for each.

My cod4 servers use ultrastats to parse the logs and display players' stats on a web page. Is it able to parse iw4m server logs? If yes, I think it's better to have separate logs for different servers.

If you mean games_mp.log, then most likely yes, but you can always test using the same one...
