There's no model for it that I'm aware of, although it could be hidden deep inside an SP map somewhere. Short answer: Probably not.

I think there may be a MP5K w/ Grip in the "Hidden" SO Mission. Its an MP5KSD (Suppressed) and I'm almost sure (don't quite take my word for it) it also has a grip.

But i want it non gripped like in sp

I'm quite sure that you only need to hide the tag_foregrip or so. Im not 100% sure, but almost!

these are precached while in sp levels.

so_hidden_so_ghillies isn't a map in itself, and is only 4 MB in (compressed) size; presumably only little images as well. Unless the so_ dependency case is in DB_LoadXAssets (which it isn't), this wouldn't be RAM-eating at all.

sure, this isn't really ram eating, but it's the same method as used for the ram eating!

Never realized there was a version of the MP5K without the grip in single player. Shame on me I guess? Looks really good in any case.

Either that or somehow the addition of the W1200 or M1911 seen in the Museum. Also, does the MP5k without grip actually increase visible recoil?

Or M4 with grip xD but where's the point? Noone is able to use them online!
