I'm not a coder, so don't scream at me for my stupidness, but do you compile the raw.iwd, or do you simply make a raw.iwd file, and open it with 7-Zip (or any archiving program) and put all the files in the raw SVN inside that file? ]

No you don't,

 

You will get 'Impure Client Detected' if you do, best option is taking the /Raw folder from SVN and putting that folder in your MW2 directory (this was no errors and it still works)
