Hey there dear community,

I wasnt playing on 4d1 for the last 3 weeks and I just wanted to play, but BANG!, a wild error appeared.

 

"Create2DTexture ( menu_sp_image, 1280, 700, 0, *insert some weird numbers here* ) failed *insert weird hexadecimals here* = invalid call"

 

I first thought it was the modded driver I recently installed, but Singleplayer (from Steam) works just fine.

I have done some research, all advices were remove config, lower graphics, verify integrity of game cache and stuff like that and none of these helped me.

 

 

Any help / advice except removing drivers and installing the older / reinstalling game would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar error once on my old pc.

Lowered grafics and it was fine.
