If i didn't buy the steam game and bought the disk can i still play delta or do i need the steam version?

On-topic: Yes you can, you will need to have a LEGIT key tho, o nce installed, you have to activate the game. Then just copy the client files over.

What I'm saying is the PC DVD ROM version because i can get a brand new one for cheaper than the steam version... And honestly who in there right mind would think that the question I asked was about console. Honestly never played old school games like spearhead or diablos... Like i said is it possible to play delta with a legit store bought copy of mw2 *PC* DVD ROM...

Well, if you buy the DVD version, you'll get a key along with it to activate it on Steam. If this key is not included, or has already been used, then no, you will NOT be able to play. If this key hasn't yet been used then you WILL. The DVD without an unused key is useless.
