no. That is porting SP maps from mw2 not cod4.

Sadly we can't build stuff because there are no proper mod tools, so OP, before you start about BO, the answer is no.

Asked a thousand times,no we cannot do that. But you can have a look at the Cargoship SP port, which will be released soon.
