I doubt anyone here got it, nor do I have the feeling that anyone would give it to you in the first place.

If you want the partnership for earning money ... just do your stuff and get some attention.

It's not really necessary to monetize your vids, if you got like 100 subs - It's just annoying for your subscribers.

No they don't. I have heard you get them if you have ads on and have no strikes, but I'm not sure about that.

This, as long as you have no strikes and a lot of views, they'll put an annoying ad above your "my video's" list that won't go away unless you click "get started", like you click the X, leave the page, go to it again AND IT'S BACK. IF I CLICK THE X BUTTON, IT MEANS THAT I DON'T WANT IT, WHY IS IT SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND THAT, YOUTUBE.

If he made you his partner (which is unlikely), he would decide to take the money for himself.
