on iw4m i dont have the in game console by pressing ~

 

i have to use the console window therefore i exit the game at least 10 times ever session.

 

plz help!! iv also tried reinstalling

Do you use a english keyboard? It's not always ~. It's always the button next to 1 and over tab. For german keyboards it's "^" for example.

As mentioned above, you probably aren't using the most common keyboard layout. Try different keys, one of them should work.
