How would I remove all elements of four delta from my Modern Warfare 3 install folder to ensure it's is cleaned of all the files the "LaunchIW5M.exe" updater installed into my games directory?

 

 

I would like to indentify every file that the updater installed to what ever folder inside my games directory for removal

First of all, you should have copied your Steam version to another folder and then installed IW5M into that new folder.

 

Anyway, if you really want to be sure it's "clean", delete it and reinstall the Steam version.

It's been a half an hour since you posted your original post. You could have reinstalled it by now.

Looks like you still got the steam files. Just don't open LaunchIW5M.exe

 

simple as that.

Delete launchiw5m.exe, iw5m.dll, iw5m.ini, libnp.dll, dbnetworkindigo.dll and iw5m.dat.
