I barely understand you. If the problem's only fix is to resume the download, why not resume it?

 

You can do it easily since you will be downloading everything using torrents, and afaik most torrent apps have a resume option.

Jee i now that, but i am downloading with downloaded rar files on fourdelatONE (its about 1.4 gb), and i am dowloading with dos (get mw3), are you now understand me

I assume you're using HldsUpdateTool

If your "internet crashes" during the download, maybe your router's UPnP is "going mad".

Login on your router and disable UPnP. It usually fixes router crashes.
