My IW5 started crashing yesterday, my game auto-updated, i downloaded the DLC 3 and 4 from the store, installed, then my game started crashing a lot... mostly on the menu, before i even connect, and sometimes in game... Before the update/DLCs, it rarely crash...

 

Any ideas to fix it? im trying to avoid re-downloading the game, cuz my download speed is totally crap...

my windows is on portuguese because im brazilian, but in english is something like that: iw5m.dat stopped working.

Ah ok maybe iw5m.dat is ussing by one orther process or try with windowed mode

Ok, playing in windowed mode, its not crashing anymore, thanks, but now, something that i dont know if its the server's fault or 4d1's: on most servers, no one can type, only the console... i type something, press enter and anything happens, so?

It's seems to be a problem with r23. It will be fixed soon.
