Whenever I try to enter a server running a mod my game crashes with the following output in the console:

 

[ 12282] Attempting 640 x 480 fullscreen with 32 bpp at 60 hz

[ 12283] Game window successfully created.

[ 12284] Using 2x quality 0 anti-aliasing

[ 12285] Creating Direct3D device...

[ 14317] Couldn't create a Direct3D device: Device lost

[ 14317] dvar set r_aaSamples 1

Everything else is fine, the only problem is with the servers running any mod.

 

 

I have tried :

1.Updating directx

2.Updating graphics card driver

3.Reinstalling the game

Please help.
