Whenever I try to enter a server running a mod my game crashes with the following output in the console:

Couldn't initialize renderer

 

Everything else is fine, the only problem is with the servers running any mod.

 

 

I have tried :

1.Updating directx

2.Updating graphics card driver

3.Reinstalling the game

yes, it is at highest performance everything at low, antialiasing in off.

What is the name of the mod running on the server?
