1.download 0121 mode menu

2.Exctract it on your desktop

3.Take the 0121 mode menu on "mods" in mw2 folder , if you don't have "mods" create it

4.go play game and lunch mode

5.Enjoy

That's because nearly everyone uses Mossy's source code for the menu.

This looks very similar to a mod menu i used to host on my ps3 back when firmware 3.55 was out Will try this and leave some feedback for you guys
